Payment Options
For shoppers’ convenience, we offer the below payment options:

• We accept checks (drawn in US funds), wire transfers, money orders, CODs, and all major credit cards as American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
• International cardholders are required to fax a signed copy of both sides of the credit card along with identification.
• COD you have to mail in a Money Order.

Please Note: All 2nd day and next day air orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST for 2nd day or next day air will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Packages are shipped by USPS, ground service, F.O.B. New York. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by Federal Express’s air service.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Return Policy
All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:

• Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
• All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
• No Returns on any Bluetooth items. Bluetooth Sales are final. All Returns must be done with the manufacturer; including DOA units.
• No Returns without our authorization.
• All items most be returned in the original packaging.
• RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance with original packaging only.
• A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• The exchange/rma number must be listed on the package being returned.
• Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.
• All returns are subject to inspection.
• Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.

Typographical Errors
