Ordering at Cellxpo.com is fast and secure. Just follow these four simple steps to place your order.
To add a Blue Tooth, Battery, Face Plate, or other item to your shopping cart, click the "Buy" button provided for that item.
On this page you can calculate the shipping charges choose to click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button to go to Checkout.
Continue through the next few screens, provide your payment method, then you're done!
Cellxpo.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order next.

Changing Item Quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes.
Deleting Items from Your Cart
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, insert a check in the remove box that appears to the extreme right of any item in your Shopping Cart.

We offer 2 easy ways to finalize your purchase with Cellxpo.com. Once you are finished shopping and have all the items in your shopping cart that you wish to purchase, please Proceed to Checkout.

This is the standard method to finish checkout when purchasing an item for the first time at Cellxpo.com. You will be prompted to set up an account with us using a combination of your email address and a secret password. Once your billing and shipping addresses have been set up, you will be prompted to select your shipping method, preview your invoice total and then click on continue to enter your Payment information. The final step is an invoice copy will be presented on the screen for you to print out on your local printer.

Blue Tooth products sales are final, all return has to be mailed to the manufacturer.
When are credit cards usually charged?
We don’t charge your credit card until we ship your order. That would not be fair and we never want you to have to worry that you paid for something that we didn’t ship. In a rare case, if you do find your card to be charged, without the item being shipped, please contact our customer service department at sales@cellxpo.com they will be eager to assist you with a credit to your account
How can I check on my order? Track the package?
Click on the Tracking # button on the upper bar of each page. Simply input your order number and shipping zip code, and the status of your order will be displayed. If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.), then we will display the tracking number along with a link to the carrier’s site. Simply click on the link and the carrier’s site will provide up-to-date information re the status of your shipment.

What are my shipping options?
We offer a number of shipping options to best suit your delivery needs:
UPS Ground delivery in approximately 1 to 7 business days after shipment (Depends on Location)
Fedex 2 Day Air delivery in two business days after shipment
Fedex Overnight delivery the next business day after shipment
Fedex Intl. Economy - 4-5 Business days
Fedex Intl. Priority - 3-4 Business days
USPS express shipping for APO/FPO addresses only
What is the Handling & Insurance fee?
We charge a 2% handling & insurance fee" on all transactions in order to help cover our warehousing, order processing, systems and overhead costs. This fee also includes a very small profit on the transaction and is calculated at Checkout
based upon your order size.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been backordered.

We will try our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to depending upon where the order is at in the credit approval, pick and ship processes.
